Channels
A channel shows your audience selected content. The objects and exhibitions you show in it remain your working records.
Choose the right channel

Open Channels → New channel and choose a type. Enter the channel name and audience and select Create channel. The channel starts as a draft. When you pin a channel, it appears by name in the product menu under Channels.
What applies to all channels
The process is the same for all channels. You save the draft, review it under Review & publish → Preview draft and select Publish. Then you share the link from Addresses. The details are on the pages for the individual channels.
You decide who may see the channel under Publication: public or, where offered, internal with a shared password. The access rules of the records and files also apply.
The preview link is valid for one hour. You can also revoke it earlier.
The Assistant can prepare content. Staff with the necessary permission handle the channel settings and publishing.
If you change channel settings, the change takes effect only when you select Publish again. Approved information from the records, on the other hand, is always read live by the channel. A correction to an object can therefore appear in the channel immediately.
To take a channel offline, select Unpublish under Publication and confirm. The records are kept.
